It was a little bit out of town away from the hustle and bustle and hence was quiet. Which is what we liked. The swimming pool was great and the facilities as well. The staff were all extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble, they were only too glad to offer you any assistance.

The staff were the best I had experienced in my month abroad. They picked me up and dropped me off from the port (we got in at 2am!). They helped me with every detail of my visit, from my moto rental, to site seeing to helping me plan my proposal. You have found your hotel for Santorini. For the price, you will find nothing better on the entire island.

The Villa was out of the main town a bit, although only half a kilometer, which was good for us as we were looking for a bit of r&r after 6 weeks touring Europe. In that respect it certainly fitted the bill, with days by the pool swimming and sunbaking, interpersed with some local sightseeing. Our room was quite spacious with a balconey, sunken area housing the bed and air conditioing. Hotel staff were great, always helpful and pleasant to deal with, especially the owner Eva, who was just wonderful.
No shower curtain which tended to allow bathroom floor to get wet and floor towels soggy. Also in room tv was very small and reception a bit dodgy.

The owners and staff were extremely friendly, we felt like a part of the family on our stay. The pool was big and our room clean. Our balcony had views to the sea (not the caldera side). The location was quiet and peaceful, but still close to Fira center. It was about 15 min walk uphill to the caldera, but the staff was always there to take us to the town center on their car. The hotel serves breakfast, but not lunch or dinner. However, you can order food in from the city tavernas. The staff was helpful in recommending places to visit on our stay and a trustworthy place to rent an ATV. I would highly recommend Milos Villas and would definitely go back again!
We were very pleased with our stay. The only little concern was the bit limited breakfast selection. They served three kinds of bread, cheese, cold cutlets, fruit, boiled eggs, olives, yogurt with cereal and canned peaches, jam, honey, tea, coffee and orange juice. But that was ok, since they do not have a kitchen in the restaurant.
